In Venice the house number belongs to the sestiere, not to the street: 6027 is our number in Cannaregio. The palazzo stands on the Rio dei Miracoli, across the canal from the church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli, between the Rialto Bridge and Fondamente Nove.

Arriving by water

The nearest bank where boats can stop — the riva — is thirty metres from the door. A private water taxi brings you and your luggage right there.

Alilaguna water-bus

The Blue Line to Fondamente Nove takes about 40 minutes; from there it is about 5 minutes on foot. Luggage travels with you. Check the current timetable on alilaguna.it.

Bus to Piazzale Roma

The ATVO express coach and ACTV line 5 reach Piazzale Roma in 20–30 minutes. From there, vaporetto line 1 or 2 to Rialto, then 4 minutes on foot.

By car, or from Treviso

Parking

There are no cars in Venice: you leave the car at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, where booking is recommended. On request we reserve the garage and the water taxi to the door.

From Treviso Airport (TSF)

The ATVO coach reaches Piazzale Roma in about 60–70 minutes; then continue as from the station.
