The quietest address in the palazzo

Zappa faces the internal courtyard — the quietest corner of an already quiet palazzo. Adjacent to the church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli, it is the residence for those who sleep with the windows open.

Its centrepiece is a sculptural kitchen island under original Venetian beams — fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and Nespresso — around which the bright living space is composed. One double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

We made Zappa for two guests who cook, linger over breakfast, and want Venice outside the door but not inside the bedroom. Onto the courtyard, far from footsteps and voices, it is the quiet refuge to unwind in after hours spent chasing Venetian art.
